Magni-Power’s Ohio thermoforming/vacuum forming plastics division, Plasto-Tech Corporation, handles all types of designs, from small to large sized parts and prototype to production run quantities. With custom rotary and stationary heavy gauge thermoforming equipment, our range of products is limited only by the imagination of our customers. Our 6-axis CNC robotic trimming operations give consistency and accuracy, providing you with a product that has excellent fit and finish. The robotic trimming’s tooling set-up is easily modified for quick turnaround times and also reduces the need for expensive dies and punches.

Magni-Power’s plastic vaccum forming facility offers the convenience of post-production services for customer specific delivery requirements. We provide assembly and sub-assembly operations of both fabricated and external parts. In addition, each batch will be delivered in custom packaging to ensure a protected finished product.

    Quality Control Process

    		There are numerous Novell inspection stations networked to our in-house server. This enables us to check the parts where they are being processed, and electronically report back to the operator whether the part is within its preprogrammed tolerance. Having these numerous check stations on the factory floor ensures quality, cuts back on the set up time, and in turn reduces the throughput time.
